Eiszauber St.Pölten

My teammates Markus Kautz, Lukas Dikany and I developed a winter-themed projection mapping show titled "Eiszauber" in the heart of St. Pölten city. The spectacle unfolded over several weeks in December, leading up to Christmas and New Year's Eve.

In anticipation of the major performance, we installed several smaller projection mapping displays on various buildings around the main square. The grand finale was projected onto the city hall. For this, we designed a 3D model using photogrammetry and remodeled the mesh for the final animations. We collaborated with a sound engineering studio to create a custom musical track for the performance.

Throughout the shows, an ice-skating rink was set up in the main plaza, providing a unique ambiance as visitors could revel in the audio-visual spectacle and ice-skate simultaneously.
